Please try to arrive on time, or let us know if you will be late. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least a day in advance (we regret that last-minute changes or a failure to show will result in forfeited sessions for packages during peak period). We also seek your kind understanding that we may only be able to hold your reservation for 15 minutes should there be walk-in customers.
