What is priority package?

​

1. It is a Value package, aka Platinum Value Package. Package Price: $2000. With this $2000 worth of credits in the package, you will enjoy discounts of 45% off all nails services at every visits until the the credits in the package are fully utilized.

2. CNY Priority package will also be entitled to CNY surcharge waiver. 

3. Who can purchase Priority Package?    

        Anyone who wish to beat the queue to book for Chinese New Year 2022 appointment and also wish to enjoy 45% off all nails services!

   4. You will also received an exclusive auspicious gold coin red packet for each platinum package purchase (while stock last).

 

How to purchase?

1. In view of safe distancing measures regulation. Call in to reserve your priority package of the respective outlet and make your CNY booking at the same time. Our staff will advise you on payment method during your call. Please note that you will be required to make the payment of your reserved package by the next day during our outlet operating hours.

2. We will release your reserved CNY booking if the payment is not received by the next day during our outlet operating hours. 

3. Each customer will be allocated a maximum of 3hr30mins. One manicurist to One customer only.  If your services required more time, we suggest that you split your services into 2 days (one day for manicure, one day for pedicure, or cut short your services) We apologized for any inconvenience caused. 

 

What if I don’t want to purchase a priority booking package and still wish to book for CNY 2021?

 

1. In view of safe distancing measures regulation. Call in on 13th Dec 2021 to receive a Queue number and wait patiently for our staff to call you. The return call might take up to 2-3 working days.  (Note: We will not accept any walk-in appointment booking to avoid Q form up. We also do not accept WhatsApp/ SMS or phone booking)

 

Points to take note when Booking for CNY appointments: 

1. We will require the following info:
   i) Date & Time
   ii) services required
   iii) any Nailarts required choose if you want to do 30mins, 1hr or 2hr nail arts (nailart slots booked cannot be cancel) 

2. Each customer is only allocated with a maximum of 3hr per day. Strictly One manicurist to One customer. If your services required more than 3hrs, we suggest that you split your services into 2 days (one day for manicure, one day for pedicure, or cut short your services) Thank you for your understanding! 

3. CNY surcharges applies from 17th Jan - 31st Jan 2022. Click button below for surcharge rate.
