Online appointment booking will not be available for booking date between 1st Jan - 21st Jan 2023
Deposit for booking of CNY slots will be required from 1st Jan 2023. (T&C Applies)
Please do not overbook your appointment. Overbooking will result in forfeiting of your booking deposit.
Time Slot and minimum spending for Nail Arts booking slots:
30mins - $20 | 1hr - $40 | 2hrs - $60
(Please note: Alternate / Additional colors, French nails without any other designs are not considered nailarts, you do not need to book for nailarts slots. Chrome / Foil nails are considered nailarts.)
Surcharge will start from 6th Jan till 21st Jan 2023.
Terms & Conditions for CNY Bookings.
Cancellation
o Minimum 3 day in advance. Cancellation must be made via Phone call only.
o If customer decided on the actual day not to do either of the services that are booked, security deposit / package for the cancelled services will be forfeited.
CNY Deposit
CNY deposits are required to secure your booking, this is to prevent over booking and protecting the interest of genuine customers.
o For Package Customers
- *Can use existing package(if sufficient) balance as security deposit.
- If existing package is insufficient as security, CNY deposit top-up for the service not in the package will be required.
- No Show – Services in accordance to your booking will be deducted from your package
o Non-Package Customers
- Must make payment for security deposit within 3days from the day of booking.
- No Show – Security deposit will be forfeited
Changes in date and time
o Minimum 3 days in advance. Subject to availability. If changes are not possible, please reschedule your appointment to after CNY. All deposits are non-refundable but can be used to offset for services.
Punctuality
o Please be punctual for your appointment. We will also try our utmost diligence to keep the appointment within the time frame.
o If customer is late, we reserved the right to cancel your appointment in view of prevailing circumstances. Security deposit / package will be forfeited.
Waiting Time
o Estimate waiting time with appointment is approximately 15mins. Please be patience with us, we want to do the best for all our customers.
Booking
o Maximum of 3hrs slot per customer per day, Not able to request for 2 manicurist to do for you on the same day.
